The EAP Assist Peer to Peer Workplace Wellbeing Recognition Program encourages employees to recognise colleagues for behaviours that contribute to a healthier, safer and more supportive workplace. The emphasis is not simply on performance or achievement but to recognise the everyday behaviours that help people feel connected, supported, valued and psychologically safe.

Recognition Award

While peer recognition remains the primary reward for employees EAP Assist will also recognize one Workplace Wellbeing Champion bi-monthly with a $1000 award.

The program aims to support the following twelve areas:

  • Strengthen connection and belonging
  • Encourage positive workplace behaviours
  • Make wellbeing part of everyday workplace culture
  • Recognise employees who support their colleagues
  • Encourage help-seeking and early support
  • Reinforce psychologically safe behaviours
  • Celebrate small actions, not just major achievements
  • Give employees a voice in recognising one another
  • Provide organisations with meaningful wellbeing insights
  • Recognise the behaviours that help people thrive.

The Program will recognize six main wellbeing categories over the next twelve months

Employees will be able to nominate colleagues across six categories, one category bi-monthly, and you will be reminded to do so when receiving our daily wellness posts.
